Founder & Principal Consultant
Shiran is the technical and cultural heart of Kodez. After many years at large IT consulting firms including Readify, DTZ, and Exilesoft, he decided to build Kodez to be the type of company that he would want to do business with. He personally interviews every hire to maintain the company’s high technical bar and value-driven culture.

Head of Operations, People & Culture
Karen ensures we have the right people with values, culture, and skills aligned with our own and those of our clients. She’s passionate about investing in people and their careers. Having led operations and P&C functions at large IT firms like Accenture, Readify, and Telstra Purple, she knows what it takes to keep our team happy and doing amazing work.

Matt brings decades of client management experience in the IT service industry from Mantel Group, Readify, Cognizant and HP.
